At Jwale Corporations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a flexible return policy to ensure that you can shop with confidence.

Live Fish

Due to the perishable nature of live fish, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on fish purchases. If you have any concerns about the health or quality of your fish, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Produce and Supplies

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of produce or aquaponics supplies, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to request a return or exchange. We will provide a full refund or exchange for any items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is not as described, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a return or exchange.

Return Shipping

If you need to return an item, please contact us to obtain a return authorization. We will provide instructions on how to return your item, including the shipping address and any necessary shipping labels or documentation. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed and appear in your account.
